What is the Dignity Act?

New York State’s  Dignity for All Students Act (The  Dignity  Act / DASA) seeks to provide the State’s students with a safe and supportive environment free from discrimination, intimidation, taunting, harassment, and bullying on school property, a school bus and/or at a school function.

How do I report an incident for investigation?

  • Fill out the form/file to the left and return it to Ms. Soper or Mrs. Tucker.  You may also email the forms directly to either coordinator.  Please note: the best investigations happen when reports are made within 24 to 48 hours of the incidents occurrence.
